Adequate Stay with Some Issues
small bathroom musty smell
The location proved acceptable enough for my needs during the visit
The room I occupied felt cramped. Maneuvering around the space was a constant challenge. The bathroom was particularly small. I found it hard to dry myself without touching the toilet. I noticed a musty smell upon entering the room which detracted from the experience

pod coffee machine perfect self check-in nice lounge smaller room old smell tiny shower room
the location was good. the pod coffee machine in the lounge was a great addition. self check in worked perfectly. the lounge provided a nice space to relax. i found the system very convenient.
The room was a bit smaller than expected. upon entering, i noticed an old smell. the shower room is tiny. There is no space to keep toiletries. i wish there was a rack or shelves for my things.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness. They were very helpful and informative (making our stay quite enjoyable). I found many thoughtful gestures, including biscuits in the room. The location provided a short walk to the sea. Self check-in was easy!
The walls seemed rather thin, I could hear some noise.

Acceptable stay, but some issues
thin mattress warm room
The location was good for accessing nearby cafes and restaurants.
The room was quite warm, even with the fan running i found it STUFFY. The mattress on the bed was also a bit thin and i did not sleep well.

Fantastic Stay, Super clean and Cute!
immaculate hotel mini fridge excellent service delicious breakfast
The hotel is immaculate. I loved the convenience of having a mini-fridge in the room to store milk, along with tea and coffee. It was great that there was a jar of biscuits on the landing . We selected the English breakfast, and the presentation and service were excellent.
The room I stayed in was smaller than I anticipated. it was manageable for my short stay.

The staff was very cute, and nothing was too much trouble. I found the clear communication regarding the self-check-in especially helpful. They ensured all guests felt supported throughout their stay.

There is a really nice downstairs ambience created to use. The coffee machine and cake are a lovely bonus. I also appreciated the area to sit if you wanted a takeaway. A convenient honesty box is available for forgotten items.

nice stay, some small issues
good location clean room comfortable bed
the location was good. it was a short distance to many places. the room itself was clean and quiet. i found the bed to be quite comfortable. the check-in video i received beforehand was helpful, it explained everything well.
the shower cubicle felt a little small. there wasn't much space to put my toiletries. water pressure in the shower was also a bit weak. it took a while for the water to warm up properly.

the check-in process uses videos sent to my phone. these videos explained how to access the hotel after hours and where i could find the safety box with keys. i felt this system worked well.

the room had a comfortable bed. it included a tv mounted on the wall. hangers were provided for clothes but there was no wardrobe. the space was clean, fresh smelling and well kept.
